Traditional Animation Production
As an award-winning veteran of over 200 TV commercials, 2 TV Specials, several Short Films and the title sequence for 'The Pink Panther Strikes Again' movie, I am able to offer exceptional quality traditional animation for selective clients. For me 'traditional animation' is not just the usual 'Disney-style' cartoon approach. It can be that too of course - but it can be anything else also! (I.e. "If you can think it you can draw it and if you can draw it you can animate it!") As a master animator I can bring any hand-crafted visual style to life - from Tony Tiger all the way through to Leonardo da Vinci - with pretty much anything in-between. CG Animation research support
Often, busy CG professionals and/or studios do not have time to do all the necessary research that can make their work better. I therefore offer research support on productions, analyzing actions that need to be CG animated. From this I can provide a comprehensive 2D pencil pose test and written report on how the animated action might be attempted. This includes analyzing reference footage, interpreting it through dynamic key frames, exploring timing and in-between placement options and generally providing all that CG animators need to replicate it in a 3D environment. Flipbook parties
Imagine having a room full of people (such as a kid-friendly event for example) all creating their own animated flipbooks. To achieve this I've published blank gift flipbooks, with specific animated themes, that guide everyone in drawing their own personal animation. Not only will that party group eventually have their own wonderful flipbooks to show but they can even choose to move on to a theatrical-style exhibition of their animation using a 'Flipbookit' device. This is how it works...
